After UZT study period - bilateral agreement (dvišalė sutartis)

After you have successfully completed the required UZT modules, and your official UZT study period has come to an end, you have several options:

• Option 1: you can continue your learning journey with us with the goal of getting a new job in a new field with the help of Turing College endorsement. This provides the most guarantees of successful employment in the shortest amount of time. Deadline requirements will become recommended, but you should keep track of them. If the deadlines are missed, you would then be moved to option 2.

• Option 2: you can continue learning, but you do not wish to get a job through Turing College endorsement. This will mean that deadlines requirements become optional. This option is recommended if you are interested in continuing to learn, but getting a new job is not your top priority.

• Option 3: you can stop your learning and we will continue with offboarding procedures.

For all options we will take care of UZT final stage documentation including your UZT proof of completion document to UZT.

If you have decided to continue, you will continue to have access to the learning platform and tools for 12-16 months, depending on your program. If you manage to finish the core program within this timeframe, you will gain an official Turing College certificate, proving the full program completion.

If you receive Turing College endorsement this will grant access to our hiring platform and support as well as will be indicated on the Turing College certificate with additional badge proving your job readiness.

Although, you need to keep in mind what are the following norms (attendance and deadlines requirements) depending on your chosen goal:

You have to follow the recommended deadlines if you want to get an endorsement and land a job with our help. For example, if you:

• signed a bilateral agreement with UZT and option “2.1.2.1.1.dirbti pagal darbo sutartį arba darbo santykiams prilygintų teisinių santykių pagrindu“ is underlined;

Those who have this option underlined have a strict deadline of 6 months to be job-ready. Completing the program, passing the endorsement, and receiving a job offer are mandatory to fulfill UZT requirements; therefore, keeping up with deadlines is mandatory.

• signed a bilateral agreement with UZT. Option “2.1.2.1.2. dirbti savarankiškai;“ is underlined but you still want to land a job with our help and get endorsed;

• want to change your current employer and find a new position;

• if you are unemployed at the moment;

Deadlines are recommended if you do not pursue endorsement and our help finding a new job. For example if you:

• signed a bilateral agreement with UZT and option “2.1.2.1.2. dirbti savarankiškai;“ is underlined and you are not pursuing to get an endorsement or land a new job;

• are staying at your current employer and just want to upskill yourself.

Those who chose to study without preparing for the market and getting a job, the main thing to pay attention to is the maximum access period which is displayed in your account on the Platform.
