There is a possibility to extend the UZT study period by the number of working days equivalent to the duration of the incapacity for work.
Procedure
According to your signed agreement, you are able to request for an official extension:
only if you don’t meet minimum module requirements for your UZT study period;
if you have long-term incapacity of work (more than five consecutive workdays, or 20% of the learning period).
Reminder:
🟣For Data Analytics you need to finish 2 modules and 3rd module’s 1 sprint within 7 months 📣
🟣For Data Science you need to finish 1st module and 2nd module’s 1 sprint within 7 months 📣
🟣For Data Engineering you need to finish 1st module and 2nd module’s 2 sprints within 7 months 📣
🟣For Web Development you need to finish 2 modules and 3rd module’s 1 sprint within 7 months 📣
🟣For Digital Marketing & Analytics to finish 6 modules within 7 months 📣
Documents needed
To officially extend your UZT study period, you must be able to provide UZT with:
A certificate of incapacity for work from a healthcare institution if you was ill (injured) or was nursing a family member;
A death certificate if a close relative of yours (father, mother, child, grandparent, grandchild, brother, sister), spouse, cohabitant, stepmother, stepfather, or adopted child has died;
A summons issued by institutions administering military service obligations according to the requirements set by the Law on Military Service of the Republic of Lithuania;
A notification or summons to appear in court or at institutions or agencies performing law enforcement or control (supervision) functions;
A document confirming imprisonment, arrest, detention, or custody.

Following this, we:
will prepare two legal documents that require your electronic signature: Coupon II part and Contract (documents you previously signed before starting your learning here).
signed documents will then be forwarded to UZT and your UZT study period will be extended!
