Instead of classical instructional classes, the Personal Development Program offers a set of workshops during which you will:

  • Get exposed to theoretical knowledge about soft skills

  • Discuss, share your thoughts and experiences

  • Engage in practical exercises to familiarise yourself more with quality behaviours

  • Developing such behaviours into personal and professional habits

  • Get readier to tackle your future job in a professional manner from day one

 

What you need to know

The duration of this module is 18 to 20 weeks.

  • The event calls of the workshops are via Zoom.

  • You can find the link to the Zoom calls on your platform’s calendar.

  • The facilitation is via Miro, an interactive platform on which you follow instructions and share your ideas.

  • New to Miro? Here are some Miro onboarding guidelines, they include a first video that introduces to Miro and a second video that helps you learn the basics of the platform.

  • Prior to every workshop, the corresponding Miro link is shared with you on Discord.

  • After every workshop, you schedule a 1-1 meeting with a Turing College mentor.

  • To schedule your 1-1 meetings, a Calendly link will be shared with you on Discord.
