Subscribing to calendar depends on the calendar app of your choice.
Please follow steps below:


iCal:

• On desktop (Apple Support instructions)

  • Click File > New Calendar Subscription.

  • Paste the link copied from “Calendar subscribe” page in the platform.

  • Click “Ok”

• On mobile

  • Open Apple Calendar

  • Click “Calendars” in the bottom

  • Click Add Calendar > Add subscription Calendar

  • Paste the link copied from the platform.

  • Click “Subscribe”

Google Calendar:

• On web

  • Click on “Add other calendars” next to the “Other calendars” heading.

  • Click on “From URL”.

  • Paste the link copied from the platform.

• On mobile

  • Follow the above process on web.

  • iOS

    • you may need to visit https://calendar.google.com/calendar/syncselect  and turn on syncing for the batch calendar.

  • Android

    • you may need to turn on syncing in your Calendar app. In the sidebar, click on “Settings”, tap on the imported calendar, and then toggle on “Sync.”

Once you subscribe to the calendar, make sure you have notifications settings set in the calendar of your choice so it will notify you 10 minutes before the event starts. This will help you avoid forgetting the event or being late for your meetings.

For notifications in the Google calendar: Go to settings > select your calendar account on the left > Event notifications > Add notification

For notifications in the Apple calendar: Preferences> Alerts> Events
